Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.linkbridge.ng and its pages (the “Website”), which is operated by Linkbridge Systems Limited (“Linkbridge”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated in Nigeria with its registered address at 3 Adetola Ayeni Street, Lagos, Nigeria.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle Personal Data and use cookies.
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website to learn about Linkbridge, our products and our services, to read our published content and to contact us. You must use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
The Website is intended for businesses, organisations and professionals. It is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry, request a demo or join a waitlist through the Website.
3. Our Products and Services
The Website describes our consulting services and our software products, including Linkbridge Finance, EMR, HRM, CRM, Contracts, Sign and our e-invoicing API and SDKs. These descriptions are provided for information only.
- Your use of any Linkbridge product, including sign-up and sign-in pages hosted on Linkbridge subdomains, is governed by the subscription terms, order form or service agreement for that product, and not by these Terms.
- Consulting and implementation services are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work.
- Where a separate agreement applies, it takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Features, availability and specifications may change as our products evolve. Capabilities marked as “In development”, “early access” or part of a design partner programme are not yet generally available, and their description is not a commitment to deliver them by any date. Product screens, dashboards and figures shown on the Website are illustrative unless we state otherwise.
4. Prices and Offers
Prices shown on the Website are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise, exclude Value Added Tax and other applicable taxes, and may change without notice. Prices and plan descriptions on the Website are an invitation to discuss or subscribe and are not an offer capable of acceptance. The price and terms that apply to you are those confirmed in your order form, subscription or agreement with us.
5. Information on the Website
We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but its content, including our articles, guides, checklists and case studies, is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or data protection advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances.
Case studies and client results describe outcomes achieved in particular engagements. Results depend on each organisation's circumstances, and we do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, software, page layouts and the Linkbridge name, logos and product names, are owned by or licensed to Linkbridge and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your personal use or for your organisation's internal evaluation of our products and services, provided you keep any copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Website, or use our name, logos or trade marks, without our prior written permission.
Some materials we link to, such as our open-source software development kits, are made available under their own licences. Those licences govern your use of those materials.
Some photographs on the Website are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their owners.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Website, you must not:
- use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or for any fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which it is hosted or any connected system or database;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or carry out any denial-of-service or similar attack;
- scan, probe or test the security of the Website without our prior written permission;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or extract content or data from the Website, other than standard search engine indexing;
- submit false, misleading or unsolicited promotional information through our forms, or impersonate any person or organisation; or
- interfere with or disrupt the Website or any other person's use of it.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Website, please report it to us at team@linkbridge.ng and do not exploit or disclose it.
8. Information You Send Us
When you contact us, request a demo or a proposal, join a waitlist or subscribe to our updates, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including any documents you attach.
Please do not send us patient records, payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information through the Website's forms. Submitting a form does not create a confidentiality obligation or a contract for services. Where confidentiality is needed, we will agree it with you in writing.
If you share ideas, suggestions or feedback about our products or services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
We handle the Personal Data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may link to websites, platforms and services operated by third parties, such as code repositories, package registries, social media platforms and websites we have built for our clients. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
10. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors. We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the Website at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkbridge will not be liable for:
- any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or your reliance on any of its content;
- any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss; or
- any loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful material that may affect your devices, data or software as a result of using the Website or downloading material from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our liability in connection with our products and services is governed by the agreement that applies to them.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Linkbridge for any reasonable losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, that we incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will apply from the time they are published. Please check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
16. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- If we do not enforce any of our rights under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived them.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Linkbridge about your use of the Website.
